Return & Refund Policy (Preorders)

As all items are preorder pieces, please read carefully before placing your order.

Preorders

  • All preorder items are made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged due to change of mind, sizing, or colour preference.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective.

This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size or colour)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Colour differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Change of mind

  • Delays that are communicated within the preorder timeline

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • A replacement item (subject to availability)

Cash refunds will not be provided for preorder items.
